Wow it's been a long time! I've low carbed off and on since I've posted, but haven't stuck with it. A lot has happened since I last posted. I've separated from my husband (on good terms.. we are still friends), moved, had a bad car wreck, started a new job, and live together with my boyfriend and our kids. I'm in a good place, but need to get my eating under control. I'm not willing to die or stay sick because of food. My blood sugars are way too high. I've gained weight. I'm tired all the time. I just can't do it anymore.
I'm going to work on getting strong with my low carbing and start exercising regularly. It's going to take some experimentation to find a schedule that works with my family and work life, but I need to stay determined and just do it! My body hurts. I just feel icky. Headaches, low self esteem, weak, tired, just plain icky.
So starting in the morning, I vow to eat right, get in some purposeful exercise, take my vitamins, and drink water. I'll check back in later with an update. =)
